At the end of the afternoon, the sun came out. We sat down on the beach and had a beer, assembled and started redesigning a mandatory fire/cooking cage (the municipality doesn’t allow open fires on the beach), made a fire with all the tide wood lying around and then had what I am contending as the best tasting steaks of my life.
